At Megh Bari Eco Resort, we value your time and trust. We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to make the cancellation and refund process as smooth and transparent as possible.
Cancellation Policy
We have two categories of bookings — FIT (Individual) and Group Bookings.
For Individual / FIT Bookings:
- 100% Refund – If cancelled 30 days or more before the check-in date.
- 50% Refund – If cancelled 15 days or more before the check-in date.
- 25% Refund – If cancelled 7 days or more before the check-in date.
- No Refund – If cancelled within 7 days of the check-in date or in case of a no-show.
For Group Bookings:
- Full Refund – If cancelled 30 days or more before the check-in date.
- 50% Refund – If cancelled 15–29 days before the check-in date.
- No Refund – If cancelled within 14 days of the check-in date.
Refund Policy
- All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
- Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In case of payment made through Razorpay, applicable transaction charges or gateway fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Taxes, convenience fees, and payment gateway processing charges are non-refundable.
- Bookings made under special discounts, offers, or packages may be non-refundable.
Pet & Child Policy
- Children 5 to 8 years are charged 40% of the room tariff.
- Children above 10 years are charged full tariff.
- Pets are allowed with additional charges and must be mentioned at the time of booking.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior intimation will be treated as “No-Show” and will not be eligible for any refund.
